To all members,
Dave Gettman politly informed me of the qualifications requried to be an honorary member. I do not met those requirments.
In my ignorance I clicked to join this group.
I am requesting that my name be removed from that group.
Again, please excuse my actions.
Thank you for your attention to this request.

Well, I have never been an honorary of anything before. Might be nice though.
What are my duties? Anything but KP or guard duty.

Gentlemen,
I am not a member, but my father (SFC Edward J. Stuczko) was inducted in June, 1959 by COL Richard G. Ciccolella in Nurnberg, Germany. We were stationed in Bamberg, though. Is Nurnberg where the ceremony took place? Thanks for any insight. Toujours pret.

I was inducted as an SP5 on 28 July 1961 by LTC JR Whittick. Assigned to the 2d Squadron in Bamberg (F Co and Hq Co) 1957 - 1961. I enjoyed
the entire tour. Border duty, Field duty, Alerts, and seeing some of Europe.

I was inducted as honorary captain into the honorary squadron in Summer 1987 by COL John Tilelli. As a signal officer, I was shocked. Confirmed the tradition that all in the regiment were calvarymen first.

I'm having a hard time believing that I'm the oldest guy in this group! Is that good or really "Bad"?
