I remember Schoener and Lancaster,just not Adams right off.I did stay in Amberg,not far from that traffic circle.Later,I found a better apartment in Graf,just a few blocks from the front gate.I used to walk to work on good days.I miss the town,too.Much of the base is gone now.

No,I was in the other platoon's FDC.I do remember Manda and Ware.I was with Collins,Days,and I forget the guy's name,Hispanic fellow,first name Danny.Can't remember my section chief's name,either but we called him Robocop,LOL!Our Platoon Sgt. was SFC. Sale,Samoan guy,I believe.I think SFC. Richardson was in charge of one of the gun platoons.I'm trying to find SGT. Jack Kendrick,and two other E-5s one was Angelheart,big guy always hung out with this other E-5.I got out and stayed as a civilian,and ran into Angelheart one day at the local fest.

Hello,Ted.I was stationed in HOW Battery 1989 till 1992.I was in the F.D.C.I remember you somewhat.Most everybody knew me as the dude with that old white Corvette.Hope you're doing well.

Yes Ted,my wife and I are going.She was with me in Germany 69-71.Our son lives in Kentucky around 2 hours from Fort Knox,Its the first one for us,we'll check it out.I'll let you know about it.
