What unit(s) did you serve in with the 2d Cavalry?
None -- I am trying to reach Robert M. Lavoie, a member of Dragoon Base. I am interested in genealogy and Robert is my first cousin once removed on my father's side. I read his "Memorial Day Memorial" post from about a year ago, which mentioned both my grandfather, Richard Lavoie, and several of Richard's brothers (my grand uncles). I could not figure a way to contact Robert without joining Dragoon Base -- no e-mail address or functioning website on his profile. Please allow me to join so I can continue my research into my family's roots. I assure you I will not use the forum for anything other than contacting Robert for any genealogically relevant information he may have. Thank you.
