I saw the listing of General Officers who served withthe 2nd ACR, and would like to help by adding a couple:
Gen (R) David Maddox - Regimental Commander (COL)1982-1983
Gen (R) Montgomery Meigs - Regimental Executive Officer (MAJ & LTC) 1982-1984
BG Bryan Roberts - (2LT & 1LT) F Troop Platoon Leader, H Company Executive Officer. Currently serving as the Deputy Commanding General of the Army Recruiting Command
MG John Mcdonald - Commander "Quickstrike" Troop and S-3, Regimental HQ 1988-1992. Currently serving as the Chief of Staff, C-3/J-3, United Nations Command/Combined Forces Command/United States Forces Korea
Great idea about Dragoon Generals. Why don't you complete the list? I can add (from my time in 1/2 ACR, 1973-76): GEN Tommy Franks (1 HOW CO), GEN Pete Schumaker (C Troop CO), GEN Bill Crouch (SXO), LTG Doug Lute (P/L-not sure which troop), MG Nicholas Krawciw (SCO), MG John Siegel (RCO), BG Jim Knowles (B Troop CO). The list would be huge, I think, and you could add it to the Wikipedia article, too! What do you think?

If we enter the email address on the invite list here from a .csv list it can be sent out all at once in minutes.All I have have to do is identify the list and select all.Plus they respond and visit the site immediately upon reciept.
I guess maybe we will just hit the MSN Message Board list a few times a week until Feb?
I went ahead and sent invitations to the first page on the MSN list, it is a little tedious . Do you have access to all those email address on MSN?
