Tell us a little about your cav days.
I followed LTC Don Olson (Commander, 4/2) from 1st AD's Aviation Brigade to Feucht. I've kept up with (with varying regularity) Mike Smith, Steve Fry, Steve Goetz, Jeff Lax, Greg Morzano, Tim Green, John MacDonald, Pete Curry. My year+ in command was dominated by our deployment to Desert Shield/Storm.
Tell us a little about you now.
I retired in December 2002 following 2 tours in Afghanistan in Special Operations. I am the Federal Security Director for all transportation modes in Northeasern New York (north of Westchester County to the Canadian border and east of Utica, NY).
