Wenzel can't be a very common name. It jumped right out at me when I approved your membership.
During WW II, Raymond W. Wenzel served with A Troop, 42d Squadron, 2d Cavalry Group as a jeep driver, and was reported missing in action Sept. 21, 1944. Perhaps he was a relative?
