Tell us a little about your cav days.

I had just arrived in Germany and in about five days I was at the border camp in Hof eating fried rabbit for the first time. I finally mustered up the nerve to ask "How far are the Soviets from here?"...."About six miles up the road." I drove the lead tank for H Company most of my time. I didn't have to breathe diesel fumes. :)

Tell us a little about you now.

I have three grown daughters and a couple of grandsons. Spent about 33 years as a maintenance and reliability professional for over 100 companies, mostly as a consultant. From Shemya Island to Puerto Rico and Tijuana to Boston, I got to see a lot of things. Coolest project was working on the Marine Corps EEFV development program.
