Gajandra,how are you doing?I'm Michael Steaphens,and I was stationed at Pond Barracks around the same times as you,1989 till 1992.I was in the F.D.C.(fire direction center,13E)of the Howitzer Battery.We didn't know each other,I don't think,but I was the guy who had the two Camaros on post,a 1978 blue with spray painted stripes and the black 1984 Z-28 with the twin carbs on a tunnel ram intake.Later,I had that white 1976 Corvette Stingray.Just wanted to drop in and say hello.

Welcome Gajandra,from a former Pond Barracks trooper 69-71.It was our home for awhile,I live Outside of Buffalo,New York and you live on the other side of the globe.The closes me and my wife have been to your home country was in Bali and Singapore.Was your training room in the basement of HHT??Back then our Redeye room was in the basement across from the Arms room.Check out my pics when you have time on my page.I know the time difference has to be 12 hours?

Welcome to the DragoonBase, the new Base
has plenty of updated features
(similar to MySpace), lots of sub-groups,
(ie,Officers Club,F-Trp,Amberg,Medics,etc.)
and links for 2nd Cavalry Assn. News
and History Centers.

Robb Russell has posted some tips for
navigating the site(ie,photos,links,ect)
in the Forum.

Make sure to stop by and read the latest
“Tacoma Dave's ‘Triva Quiz’”,you can learn
some 2nd Cav history, and you could
even, win a kool prize.
