  Henry,Iwas at Pond Barracks 69-71.On my page I have some pictures of what Pond Barracks looks like since the troops moved out.Last time I was back was 2002.

  Glad to hear that.So married and kids uh. How old? all boys or girls? So where ya working at these days? Me I am in PA working for the State DEPT OF TRANS road maint.,plowing snow it's a job and pays the bills.Came back to the States in 1997 after a ugly divorce!!!!

  But Happily Married now for 13 years.So ya did 22 years God bless ya wish I did ! Hey Henry you have to put some more pics up. My wife just got back from Amberg and said you would not reconize it at all everything has changed Pond Barracks you couldn't even tell there was a army post there. talk to you soon look me up on facebook

  Ha Ha. When I first got to Amberg in 86 as a PVT, I was supposed to go to L Trp with SFC Gonzales. Instead, I was assigned to work in-processing for a couple of months and then as the CSM/XO driver for a few more. Gonzales was pissed. Not too many people scared me back then, but he was one that did. Needless to say that when I gto a chance to go to a line troop, I went to I-Troop to stay away from Gonzo.

  What's up Martinelli--I was in SFC Gonzalez's platoon from 86-88. I remember you vaguely from when you first got to L Trp out of basic--you used to hang out in a club downtown that my girlfriend at the time (later wife, later x-wife) used to take me to--I think it was called the Sundowner. Anyway, welcome to Dragoon Base.
