Yes that was keller but soon as the Americans left it closed and got a new name.

This Friday I wll arrive Dallas from Puerto Rico in route to Coleman Texas to see a friend named Gilbert Ortiz who been with me in 1968 in C Troop

Tell us a little about your cav days.

Germany was great. I had a blast over there. I've always wanted to go back and visit but have never been able to find the time. Would like to see what the old Kellers or Checkpoint looks like..It seems like everyone that was stationed there misses it and wants to go back for a visit.

Tell us a little about you now.

Currently a detective for a Police department. Been a police officer for 17 years. Married with 4 kids and one more coming in February 2014.
