Tell us a little about your cav days.
We flew border patrol, went on maneuvers. The 2nd helicopter assigned to to Europe was issued to the 2nd A/C(1st one was issued to Berlin Bde) WE had our hands full trying to keep it flying. Great memories though.

Always glad to see another north-westerner.
My dad was the 1st Battalion motors officer in Bindlach/Bayreuth from late 1953 until early 1955, at which time the regiment was preparing to rotate back to the States. Dad was a 5'0" tall, bald-headed CWO-2. You would have known him if you ever crossed paths.
