Hi John - chief here, is that Lt. O'Shaughness you're looking for? see attached photo. if so he was my 2nd Plt. leader, then the motor officer. He was one of the best. I stayed in contact with him up into the late 80s I know he the got orders to assume command of a M-1 tank battalion with the 3rd Inf. Div..It sure would be nice if
you could share pictures you took of the rock specially the Nazi structure you mentioned. Dragoon for life -Chief
