Tell us a little about your cav days.
1949 I was assigned to Hq & Hq Co SP platoon. 1951 I was transfered to A Troop 1st Squadron, this was all in Augsburg, The first Squadron was moved to Grafenwöhr while waiting for the Barracks to be finished at Bindlach. I pulled border patrol until 1954. I was married in 1954 at Bayreuth and pcs'd to Fort Mead Maryland. was assigned to 526 MP Batalion and when the 2nd Gyrod to Fort Mead I got assigned to A Troop and Gyrod back to Germany with them
