Joseph, I ran across some names that were with the troop, maybe you might remember some of them, most of them were in the scouts. I'll dig out a few photos. The names were, Bessette, Herring, Davis, Hornyak, Heffner. Ned Deveraux was in our troop, he is the Editor of the The 2nd Cav. Assn. News Letter now.
Much appreciated Joe. I've got nothing but time, brother.
You've got me, Joe. I know the 2d was in Arizona a few times, but I can't find anything for them there during that period. Closest would be Kansas or California during that time.
Hello Joseph, I am trying to remember you, My old age is catching up on me. I have a few old pictures from the members who served in our troop. After I returned to the states, I caught another tour in same unit from 62-64. If you look at my photos you might see some of the troop. If you have any photos from the old days sure would like to see them. Would you possibly have a copy of the troop roster? Have been trying to find a copy or the unit from both tours. Did you go to Hof with our troop or Kronach, when we went up to relieve the unit from 2nd squadron I'll see what all I have of photos and send them to my photo for you to see. Do you remember our CO Capt Robert L. Schwitzer from 59. He ended up as a 4 Star General. I'll check and see what I might have.
Toujours Pret Joseph

Joseph,
Welcome to Dragoon Base. We have another member you might know, who was in G Company and I Troop 1959-61 also. His name is Wayne Dixon. You'll find him hanging around in the Oldtimers group. We have a pretty good time over there, but you might want to keep your hip waders handy, because it gets deep in there sometimes.
