Wie gehts Martin and Welcome to Dragoon Base. I was with the 3rd Squadron 2nd Armored Cavalry Regiment, Hq Troop from Feb 1966 to Aug 1968, at Mohlkaserne, Pond Barracks, in Amberg.
At Pond Barracks, I worked as a Repair Parts Clerk and a General Supply Clerk although I had been trained as an Armor Crewman at Fort Knox. Later on, after leaving the Regiment, I became a Gunner on the M551 Gen. Sheridan AR/AAV while with C Troop 4th Sqdn 12th Armored Cavalry at Fort Carson.
