Tell us a little about your cav days.
I arrived in Germany in October of 1989, the year the "Wall" came down. We received a new mission in the form of Operation Desert Shield. Got "Spurred" in Iraq. Became a proud member of the Sergeant Morales Club. Served under the leadership of Colonel Holder and CSM Ross.
Tell us a little about you now.
Served eighteen years in the Army. Retired in 1998, completed my Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts; became an Army JROTC instructor for Westside High School in Houston, TX from 2000 to 2013. I am currently a special education teacher certified in social studies and received "Teacher of the Year" for my department in 2015. I recently celebrated 30 years of marriage, I have three kids, all of which have graduated from college (one in last year of college now). I am a lifetime "Legacy" member in VFW Post 9182 in Katy, TX. Toujours Pret!
