Tell us a little about your cav days.

Those days were the best of times as they say....Loved the transtion to M-1's and the first field problems that winter. We spent a few nights recovering those 60 ton sleds until we got the handle of drving them on sheer ice. Spent many a nights partying like a rock star in Amberg and the surronding area, so much trouble to find and so little time to get into it. HHT guys were great, Sgt. Minter (Sgt. 4434) to those who loved him. Sgt Knaus, Bush, Kemmper Joe, and of course my best buddy Sgt. Kruse, we had the best 88 rolling!
