Hey Robert. Sorry it took so long to get back with you, the alerts were going to spam. If you get a chance, scan it and load it to the page, I'd love to see it. Bensinger and Bruckner were great friends... Wagner too. I tracked Bensinger down once and lost his info when we moved, it was quite some time ago. I have tried to find Bruckner and Wager too but I can't remember Wagner's first name. That was a great unit, so many excellent guys.
I never got into Ranger school although I applied twice. When I graduated PLDC I was selected to go Special Forces; that's when Sadam invaded Kuwait. I was with a Forscom NBC unit at the time and we happened to be at the NTC in Ft. Irwin at the time. Since everyone was freaked out about chemical warfare and we just came out of the desert; off we went. My unit wouldn't let me go to SF school since I was a squad leader at the time. Once we got back I was working with the SF guys to get back on the schedule and met the woman who would become my wife. They started offering early outs to NCO's and since I didn't want to raise a family in the Army I took one.
We settled in Texas and have two boys, one starting college this year and another who will be a junior. The younger one is trying to get into West Point which would be awesome.
What's up with you?
