Just found it the other day on Google Earth, thanks to one of the guys in the Border Patrol group. Seems all the old buildings are still there, plus a few more since I was there.
It is located on St2166 between Kasernenstrasse and Stettner Strasse. The old camp ran from ST2166 to just past Marienbader Strasse. A German kaserne was just across Kasernenstrasse from us. Attached is a current photo with the buildings labeled. Click on the photo to enlarge.

Noticed you live in Weiden. Spent a lot of time there 1974-75 at Camp Pitman.
Some groups you might want to check out are OLDTIMERS, BORDER PATROL, and BAMBERG. Should be able to find all the help you need. Already got you some volunteers from the Oldtimers group. Great bunch over there!
