A graat outfit.I loved border duty at camp Gates.When L orK troop was short a cook I would join them for extra 6 week tour.I also would go with the scouts on border patrol.

Retired as captain from the Ca.dept.of corrections.Traveled back to what is now the Check Republiv and Hungary.Wanted to see what was behind the iron curtin.Great experience.

Kennith...I see were were in Amberg from 1960 thru 1962......I was there from 1958 thru about October of 1960. Tank Company Clerk.......Maybe we saw each other!
