    Tell us a little about your cav days.

    worked shifts in headquarters at switchboard and making radio checks with camp gates and when at gates went out to check patroles and radar a night. day time operations center radio contact with patroles. Heinz gasthaus in brand and disco were fab. I remember using night vision glasses to walk through the woods down the hill to Heinz, and the walk up the road hill to the camp. I slept on the side of that road
