Happy birthday Phillip, I hope you had a great day care.
Phil, I finally managed to get some photos on the site. Got a couple of you on a border patrol that we were on together. On of you and Alex Connolly and on of you and I looking over the maps on the hood of a jeep. Stay tuned for more in a week or so. Rick.
Phil, Got your reply this morning. Programmed your number into my phone and will try to give you a call sometime. Don't do facebook but I have an email address. (ramartin1957@yahoo.com). Don't have internet access at home but do have my I Phone so I can get email anytime. Rick.
Phil, I found out about this website when I ran into a fellow 2nd cav veteran at my grandkids soccer game a couple of months ago. We served together 83-84 in M Co. I worked in maintenance, recovery, and turret maintenance. We did a couple of border patrols together. Have a few pictures of one where we were at the graves of the last 2 german soldiers killed in WW2 and the Osser. I plan on getting them on the site sometime in the near future. Just need to get them on a disc to get them posted. I look forward to hearing from you. Rick (Sgt. Marty) Martin
