Bill Cojocar, Ph.D., is currently the Cyber Instruction Project Lead for Leidos Corporation and the 39th Information Operations Squadron, at Lackland AFB, San Antonio, TX, that instructs the DOD/USCYBERCOM Cyber Threat Intelligence Analysis Course. He's also an Adjunct Faculty Professor for Wayland Baptist University - San Antonio (Business Department), and Webster University San Antonio's Cyber Graduate Programs. Bill's son CPT Johnathan Cojocar recently commanded Quickstrike Troop/4/2 CR, attaining multiple Regimental Top Gun Awards, the Regimental Wescott Cup as the Top 2CR Troop, the Order of Saint George, and was inducted into the 2CR's Honorary Squadron of Dragoons, and is now serving at the JRTC at Fort Johnson, LA. Bill resides in north San Antonio and is an active competitive ballroom dancing competitor.
