2:30 – 5:30 PM - Self-Guided & Guided Museum Tours Come when you can. Museum closes to the public at 5:00 PM.
5:30 – 7:00 PM - Cocktail Reception — Veterans' Hall & MOH Terrace

The National Museum of the United States Army is open to the public until 5PM and is not located on Fort Belvior proper.
No ID is required to visit the Museum.

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 24 — Dedication of Desert Shield and Desert Storm Memorial
11:00 AM – 12:30 PM - Dedication Ceremony Open to the Public The memorial honors the service members who served in Operation Desert Shield (August 1990 – January 1991) and Operation Desert Storm (January – February 1991). On-site construction began in March 2025 following years of advocacy by Gulf War veterans, including Scott C. Stump, who initiated the project in 2010. The design features two sand dune-inspired walls enclosing a space with a Storm Wall, an Inscription Wall, and a Unity Fountain / Dress Is Casual with Stetson (if you have one)
2:00 – 5:00 PM - Post-Dedication Reception King & Spalding LLP Monument Room — Monument Room 1700 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Suite 900, Washington DC 20006
