Colonel John RisCassi, 74th Colonel of the Regiment, and Regimental Command Sergeant Major Victor Martinez, 74th Sergeant Major of the Regiment, both deployed in Baghdad, Iraq, with the 2d Stryker Cavalry Regiment when this video was made, sent a message to those attending the 2007 Second Cavalry Association Reunion in the Washington, D.C. area Nov. 7-11. The message contained their regrets for being unable to attend the reunion, and an update on the Regiment’s current activities.
