  thanks for replying and the info about bowen-  maybe i can run across sometinng.

  I LEFT GERMANY IN MAY 1960 AND WAS PROCESS OUT AT FORT DIX , NJ  SAME MONTH.   I HAD ONE YEAR RESERVE TIME- ONLY SPENT 2- WEEKS AT CAMP PICKET, VA - THAT WAS IT NO OTHER TIME

  UNCLE SAM  WAS HARD ON YOU- THAT SURE INTERFERED WITH YOUR LIFE FOR A LONG TIME..I HOPE U GOT SOME EXTRA RANK OUT THAT..

  IDO REMEMBER BOWEN NOW..

  hey-  moose,

  for a while we was on the same tank tk-14 - 1st pl.tank co   3rd bn

  i was the loader and driver  - u was the gunner,

  i think there was also a  a fellow named gary johnson,

  i was regular army - punk kid  me  ha ha  - u was drafted, 

  our pl. sargent and tc  - master sargent john d benetto- dont recall correct spelling, i got a pic of u too-  u had your friends- so being u didnt hang out with me
