Tell us a little about your cav days.
I served as the Regimental Targeting Warrant Officer for 2CR, where I’ve focused on building a streamlined, distributed targeting process that supports corps-level reconnaissance.
Targeting: Integrated targeting into MDMP, led the targeting working group, and drove development of the HPTL, AGM, and TSM. I simplified targeting flow between the RCP and FUOPS to support simultaneous operations.
Led planning and design of the SBU-E architecture to support targeting, counterfire, and deep shaping operations. I aligned system placement, power, and cross-functional requirements to support distributed operations at the regimental level. Additionally, I managed the fielding and integration of Unclassified PF-Ds across the formation, ensuring each unit understood setup, software updates, and how to leverage them for rapid targeting and situational awareness in degraded or denied environments.
Integrated MSS tools like GAIA, Sheets, and Target Work Bench into daily targeting and counterfire ops. Trained teams on how to use MSS for refining TLEs, improving sensor-to-shooter flow, and visualizing targeting data across the formation.
Helped design and implement DRIFT-A as a rapid counterfire/tactical targeting drill to reinforce discipline and responsiveness across the kill chain.
Worked closely with intel, EW, and maneuver to align effects. Built the relationship with 41st FAB and tied in with MAVEN and FSR reps to ensure our architecture supports real-world integration.
Tell us a little about you now.
First and foremost, I’m a man of faith. My relationship with God defines who I am before anything else. I try to live each day with purpose, integrity, and humility—knowing that everything I’ve been given, including my role in the Army, is ultimately from Him. My faith shapes how I lead, how I handle pressure, and how I serve others.
Family is right behind that. I’m a husband and father, and that’s a role I take seriously. My family keeps me grounded and reminds me of what really matters. The military can pull us in a lot of directions, but I work hard to make sure my family knows they come first—even when the mission is demanding.
Professionally, I serve as the Targeting Warrant Officer for 2CR. I love what I do because it allows me to be both a technician and an advisor—to solve hard problems, build processes, and help the team win. But at the end of the day, titles fade. I want to be remembered as a man who honored God, loved his family well, and gave everything he had to the mission and the people around him.
