      Curtis,

I am searching the site looking for Ed White (alpine). I would love to make contact with him, enny advice.

you know, in addition to being forced roomies, we also became great friends. We got along very well, and had good times together; THAT IS FOR SURE!!!

Curtis, It is the same Sgt McCurley; I believe that he had his m114 souped up, too. I thought I heard a cam in it, plus it had  some extra "breathing" equipment on it too.

Curtis, Thank You for the Birthday Wish, I will be 60 years old  on February 11th. I bet we are very close in age - how old are you now?

Did you ever think you'd make it this far?

Your description of your home sounds terriffic. I never lived in the South, except Missouri, but I was an Ocassional Visitor to Louisiana (Sportsmans Paradise) especially New Orleans (to party when I was in 30-s - 40's. So I can kind of visualize your place.

I especially admire the Cajun Lifestyle with their respect for and caretaking of the environment. If I had lived in Louisiana, I'd probably be an old Coon-ass hunter, fisherman, with alot more knowledge about the waterways than I have now.

      Best Wishes, Brother

      Curtis

I wish someone would have warned me not to be on post that weekend, I was clearing post, Trippin on A and they gave me a .45 with real bullets and said that I was hallway guard.

I remember that house we used to stay in for a month up on the border, it was somewhere around Regensberg I think. Sorry  to hear of the death of fred harris, I would really like to get aholt of Mackey and Alpine. Mackey somewheres in Georgia and  Alpine was from  Rock Island Illinoise [I will never forget that] [Mackey was from Republic Michigan, and RC Johndson was from TExas, Jake was from MOntana].

Please post all the pics you have - If I see myself I will vote you in as President of the USA.
