They have not been very great. I’ve been treated very terribly in the past, I have had leader humiliate me in front of soilders to make me look bad , I have had leaders that talk behind my back to lower enlisted to make me look bad, I have been singled out several times times by my leaders in front of of lower enlisted, I had leaders that made me feel useless and there is more.

I am trying to do better everyday and learn from my mistakes but I still feel like I am looked down upon by people.
