Doug, this is Lonny from the Regimental Trans office, 87-90. I don't want to trigger any memories; However, I can't remember an around date when we had a Field Artillery unit strike the back of one of our M1's with a HEMTT cargo where the assistant drive ended up being medivac'ed, I won't go any further than that. I know it was between 1987 and 1989 but can't narrow it down any closer. I have a hard time remembering things. If you can remember this accident could you please contact me? llleary@gmail.com or call me at 719-494-4344.
Thank you,
Lonny L. Leary
By The Way, you will want to check the Groups. Old timers is the most popular.
Best Unit I ever served in! That seems to be the theme here at Dragoon Base Doug! I totally agree. Welcome Trooper. Dust off yer Stetson and take yer spurs so you don't scratch the floor. The Bar Keep that runs this place is an ornery ol' cuss but he means well. Let him tell you war stories and you will have a friend for life. So will I.
