Tell us a little about your cav days.
The Cav days were hell at the beginning - because I was not used to be in a field outfit - came straight from P.A. School to Bindlach and before that I was an instructor at Ft. Sam. But with time I got used to it. I met and married my wife, Herlinde in Bayreuth in 1984. Siegbert Marquardt is our buddy, so is CW3-Ret Byron Dickman.
Tell us a little about you now.
We live in East Texas now, where I run the county indigent clinic. We have one daughter getting ready to go to college and I am looking forward to my second retirement.

I hope you can remember the B Troop XO/Commander during your tenure in Bindalch ... I'm Tom Chamberlin, who served with the 1st/2nd ACR at Bindlach from Dec '80 thru Dec '84. And if you are bringing the Hefeweizen I'm assuming it will be Maisel's from downtown Bayreuth !! That would be absolutely excellent.
Welcome to the network. Always wondered where you got to after the Rock. Some rumored that you stayed in Germany. Glad to hear that all's well with you, and you too are looking forward to a second retirement ... mine will be here in June. All the best.

I know it is not a very good pic, but was your Cpt. Hall a really short guy???Also don't you mean 91 Medical, I could be wrong.
Toujours Pret Earl,Welcome to the new DragoonBase, the new Base has plenty of newer features, lots of sub-groups,(ie,F-Trp,Amberg,Medics,etc.) and links for 2nd Cav News and History.

Make sure you stop by and read the latest Tacoma Dave ‘Triva Quiz’, learn some 2nd Cav history and you can even win a kool prize.
