Welcome home Trooper.
The Dragoonbase.com, has
plenty of updated features
(similar to MySpace), lots of sub-groups,
(Officers Club,F-Trp,Amberg,Medics,etc),
and links for “2nd Cavalry Assn.”
News and History Centers.

Robb Russell has posted some tips for
navigating the site(ie,photos,links,ect)
in the Forum.

Please feel free to stop by and read the

Tell us a little about your cav days.

Guard duty in the snow at the ammo dump, Thursday recreational day trips, travel, weizen, spades and hearts, bier fests, raquet ball at the gym, carring the unit flag and trying to avoid carring the unit flag. Just lots and lots of memories.

Tell us a little about you now.

I have my own business, a cleaning and restoration company. I have two children from my first marriage, a son 25 and a daughter 23. My boy is a nomadic mountain man and my daughter is in the Navy working at the NSA in Washington. Both of their current occupations amaze me. Currently married to probably the most perfect woman in the world.

Name a few buddies you served with that you would like to find.

I'd like to contact anyone that I ever knew. So far I've seen three people I knew well, first, Andrew Hirth whom, had he not listed my name, I would have never found this site, second and third, two guys from my section, Richard "woody" Wuthrich and Dale Arnold. I've forgotten a lot of names and just remember the faces so if you see me, and remember me, say hey.
