Howard, I was the Commo Sgt for M Company from 1968 through 1969. As you may recall, during '69 the Squadron's units were referred to as 'Troop'. Loved Amberg, and had a heck of time until I was levied to Vietnam in December, 1969. Not officially a 'tanker', but boy how I loved driving and shooting the M60A1! Good to make connection with you.
