Tell us a little about your cav days.

Started out in C Troop, 1st Squadron Christiansen Barracks, Bindlach, Patrolling the Border at Camp Gates and then moved to RECON platoon HHT C&C at Merrill BKS in Nürnberg. Got to run border patrols at Hof/Gates/Pitman/Reed. Wall fell and then we did Desert Storm and Shield. Best way to be indoctrinated into the Army as a young soldier

After the 2nd ACR I went on to work as a Liaison NCO at 5th Panzer Division /WBK IV and finished two Bachelor's degrees before getting out and working for the 5th Signal Command and eventually retiring from the US Army Special Operations Command as their Chief, Knowledge Operations Division.
