A Troop as a Tank Platoon Leader from Mar 87 to Feb 88, and HHT as the Squadron Support Platoon Leader from Feb 88 to Feb 90.

Where were you stationed?

Bindlach/Christiasen Barracks

Armor Officer, Tank Platoon Leader and Squadron Support Platoon Leader

Tell us a little about your cav days.

Next to the time spent with my wife and daughter, my service with 1st Sqdn were the best days of my life. I worked with many incredible Soldiers and had awesome experiences. Throughtout the remainder of my career I wished I had Soldier who had the spirit and drive of a Cav Trooper, no matter what the MOS.

Tell us a little about you now.

Retired after 32 years of service with the Army, Army Reserves and Nebraska Army National Guard. Presently I work in the Education Department for the Omaha Veterans Hospital.
