Though I served in many Cavalry organization over my 33+ years (D Troop 10th CAV, C Troop 4/7 Air CAV, 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment, and ultimately and Cavalry Regiment) serving as the XXVIII RCSM was my most Proud, Humbling and Gratifying assignment.
