Tell us a little about your cav days.
Mud , Snow and more Mud. Operated an M88 VTR. Pulled another M88 , that had broken down, with a tank that he was towing , pulled both vehicles from tank firing range to ordinance shop at Graf. Fun trip up and down those long , high hills on the tank trails. That was the highlight of my two and a half years with the 2d AC
Tell us a little about you now.
Old and Worn out. Still having a great time. Married to the same great Lady for 56 years. Deacon and Music leader in my church. Best of all , next to being a husband and father , I’m a Papa. Different life style than I had with the 2 Calv. Been a member of the 2Calv. Assn. for a few years. Still wear my 2 Calv. Patches and decals on my truck. I guess I’m still a trooper for life.
