      Phil,

Here is the 1961 yearbook. You can click on each picture to enlarge it. Once enlarged, you can click on it again to make it huge....

I'd love to help, Phil, but other than pointing you to some yearbooks from back then, not much I can do. Neither one of them are members here at Dragoon Base and I didn't see them listed on the 2d Cavalry Association member list either.

Click on the following links to see the yearbooks.

      The Dragoonbase.com, has
      plenty of updated features
(HTML and format friendly), lots of sub-groups,
      (Officers Club,F-Trp,Amberg,Medics,and the
      always busy Oldtimers club).
Also links for “2nd Cavalry Assn.”
      News and History Centers.

Robb Russell has posted some tips for
      navigating the site(ie,photos,links,ect)
      in the Forum.

Please feel free to stop by and read the
      latest “Tacoma Dave's ‘Triva Quiz’”,
you can learn some 2nd Cav history,
and you could even, win a kool prize.

If you need any help, you may contact
Robb Russell, or any of the 5 admins listed
at the top of the page, or just yell out,

      ‘Keep it clean’.
Use your real name and picture,

      for searching for Brothers),
      but any picture will do.

And that you please tell all your friends

Tell us a little about your cav days.

Arrived in Germany when I was 17 and assigned to "B" troop when I met my best friend Maxie Collier. A black man from California who took me under his wing and lent me uniforms until mu duffle bag was found. We were best of friend until he went back to his reserve unit. Ray Brim was another guy who we had a band that played in Bayreuth at a club. I sure would like to catch up with them.

Spent a tour in Viet nam and came back to the states and was discharged in 1967. Went to Collage, SMU and took up flying lessons. Became a pilot for Brannif Airlines and then later on with Eastern. Gave all of that up and used my EE degree with Rockwell international. After 35 years of working in the Cellular industry I retired in 2009 and now live in Northern Arkansas
