Hey Randy, I was in M Company and HHC; I was rolling back in that night to and the place was off the chain. One of our guys is lucky to be alive if I am remembering the same incident where he was shot at and thankfully the doorways were very deep. Is this the same thing? Didn't you hang out with Pat Harper who was from NC also? Whatever happened to him?

I remember the arms room incident. I think it was Cpl. Seeger. A blonde haired guy. It was over his wife cheating on him.

      Randy,

Thanks for the Birthday wishes. I think about how I would be celebrating if I were at Pond Barracks.

      Jeff

I almost forgot, I can't remember the guys name with the arms room incident. I do remember it was over his wife cheating on him and they wouldn't let him go home. He made it home by way of Manheim I do believe. I remember that night vividly, I was off post and came back half in the bag, and all the MP's, CID, everybody and their brother were there. We must have stayed out on the parade field for a couple of hours.

      Randy,

It is good to hear from you to, just think bud that was 26-27 years ago, seems like just last week sometimes. I remember at the time I couldn't wait to leave that place, but when I look back, after all the time that has passed, it was some of the best times of my life, and I would do it all again today. Have you ever heard anything from Brooks or Talbert? I will be posting some more pics here soon. Don't be a stranger.

Randy, good to see your name. Jeff Harrington here. Don't know if you remember me, I used to drive for Capt Cruz. We also share a room for awhile at Pond Barracks. I think Jeff Wittenburg was in there with us also.
