remember LUIS RODRIGUEZ? PR
Wow. We may have crossed paths there too. I was S-3 of 2d Tank 81-82.
Ok, he must have come after me. DeVore was my driver and the one I handed over to CPT Skinner, not sure what happened after that--I went off to AOAC and then to Korea.
Thanks Steve. I remember Tom Wester well but don't seem to be able to find any pictures of him. By Rucker, are you referring to CPT Steve Rucker?

Wishing you many more, from all of us at DragoonBase!!!
So I was going to ANCOA at Fort Knox when we had our Commadant's Dress Greens inspection. The CSM is moving down the line inspecting each of the NCOs when he comes to the man beside of me. After a brief moment of inspecting the man he starts saying, things like, "I'm glad you at least had your uniform dry cleaned unlike this bum beside of you. I see you did a good job of polishing your shoes it looks like the guy beside of you used mud to polish his. The cadre who was standing in front of me keeps looking me up and down and his face is as red as a sheet.
when the CSM moves down to stand in front of me I just smile and say "Hello Top how are you. It was 1st Sergeant Renteria great guy really good TOP soldier.
