I;m Ret as a SFC and live in Spartanburg SC, Married to a Gremany for 33 years( she from Oberhaid) Have 2 son's and a Grandson. I own a 18 wheeler and drive it too.

Walter, just took a look at your pic, I remember you. Sorry but hard to forget your face. Where do you call home?
Hillbilly, Sure I knew Rick well. He took me under his wing since he got there before me. If I remember I think he was from Burlington Vermont. Do you remember a guy we called Bud from Alabama lived on first floor of Barracks. Can't remember his name but there was a huge black guy from Miami who always wore a bowler hat that I wish I could recall his name and locate. If you lived in Barracks what floor. I probably knew some other friends. I hung with the medics and red eye gunners. But worked in basement of HQ for LT. Hogue. You would remember him as the teenage looking red head butterbar, around 77. I had a 69 red BMW Glass I parked outside the garrison gate. Hard to miss.
Toujours Pret Walter,Welcome to the new DragoonBase, the new Base has plenty of newer features, lots of sub-groups,(ie,F-Trp,Amberg,Medics,etc.) and links for 2nd Cav News and History.
