  Mike, I don't remember any of the Sgts you mentioned. How about the Red Eye guys? Doo you remember Paul Deitrich, King, a big guy I think his name was Coffman. I remember the guy that died in Red Eye from FL. Drank to much and aspirated on his vomit. Sad deal. That must of been in 74. Do you remember any of the Support Plt guys? Kennege, Cochran, Hooty (DeHaux), Collins, Kenny.

  Hi Wayne (or do you go by Hillbillie?). I have some vague memories of who you are. Your pic on profile is very familiar. I remember Popovich who drove a wrecker, from New York. I was in Support Plt fro Dec 73 - May 76. Do you remember the truck they called the ghost? I was the first one to get it dispatched after the wreck it was in. Killed some German Nationals. Can't remember the drivers name, but he was a buddy of a guy named Coffield.
  I remember the name Owens. Can't exactly place him. Did he wear blue tinted glasses, with blond hair?

  Hi I"M Wayne Hewitt ( in the 2/2 I was know too al as HILLBILLY) I was in I was the Recover SGT in SQUADRON MAINTS from 75-79. Do U remember Rick Owens he work in S1 too.

  I served in HHT 2/2 ACR/Bamberg 73-76. If I'm not mistaken it was Lt Corruli that was our platoon leader for Support Plt. I think later he was promoted to Captain while I was there. Been an awful long time!

  Mike, Served in Bamberg from Feb 58 to March 60 with Howitzer Company ( back then it was Company not Battery, self propelled M-52's ( 105mm ) I was part of the Communications Squad and I don't remember my mos, but I was a CW radio operator and operated an ANGRC-19 also did some laying of communication wire when we were in Graf. Now retired and living in Southern California !
