      Dave, I served with HHT & MCo from 82-84 in Amberg. We have a fb page called Pond Barracks for those of us that served in Amberg. Fell free to send request to join the page. There are a lot of memories there.

    Tell us a little about your cav days.

    Soviets into Czechoslovakia in 1968, got a little exciting around Amberg. A Czech Major defected and flew over the border in a private plane. During Maintenance, a 155mm mobile howitzer caught fire and blew up in the motor pool. Still get together with a handful of guys from Connecticut to LA.

    Industrial metal sales 40 years, near miss in the music business, had two records nationally that made the Billboard Charts. Married, 5 kids, working toward retirement living on the ocean, Central Oregon Coast.
