  Hey Jeff, that sound like a plan, I was glad to hear from Michael, he contacted me a few months ago. I would like to hear from Howard Tucker, I visit him when we got out of the service in 1980's, since then lost contact........I believe he was living in Albany NY. Wonder what happen with Steve-o and Paul Stewart........wow time is moving so fast, let try and plan to meet.

  Jeff,When I was stationed in Amberg,my wife was with meshe was only 18 at the time.Back then no TV and 1 radio station AFN.Lived downtown for awhile and then in Gialoh.You walked down the street on the right side as you were walking into Pond Barracks,a 10 minute walk.The places we went to were the RIng ,one block from the baunhof Wein Stube and the chickenhouse on the traffic circle.The last time we were back was 2002.I have a few pics on my page.

  Welcome Jeff to the site.I was at Pond Barracks 69-71,with HHT,A Sgt.with redeye.Trying to remember was the ammo dump down Kennedystrasse? The street by the side gate passed ROMA?When I was there they kept a helicopter there at the dump.It was a fenced in area out in the field.
  Do you remember any of the places downtown? Join a couple of our groups Oldtimers,Amberg,and 3rd squadron.A lot of old memories!!!!!!!!!
