  John i don't know if you remember me but i was a bran new buck private in Dec 1986 you and ssg harris were the first two i met in CTRP, the trp was at the border at the time and you guys had come back to get us situated in the billets, any way i remember haveing a lot of gyn and jucies at the NCO/ Enlisted club you guys would order them by the trays when you guys left we meaning myself  morris, mcneial, little williams, miller, huntley,tried to keep it going. I was in 1st plt with sgt kemp, ssg kato sfc gravens was the  psg and at the time cablay was acting 1st sg. some of the guys i remember that was there the same time as us were gaddy, boyer, kyle, farrington, cpl leach, sgt durr, ssg wilson , ssg warner sfc selby was 3rd psg, cpl erickson, pvt horning pcf hicks and i am sure there is more but i can't remember right now. I stayed in touch with cablay over the years, he just left last year back to germany working with the governmet  we got togeather last year when he came to colorado he is still the same as you remember him and still talking shit. i stayed with the trp for 5 years telling stories about you guys. any way it is good to hear and see an old C, TROOPER.
