When I mentioned roommate I meant Kass was my roommate at Pond Barracks. We had the last NCO two man room on the left at the end of the hall on the first floor. Kass is back in cajun country and is married with kids. I tried to get him to bring his family to North Carolina before Katrina hit but he took all of them to relatives in Georgia. They all made it through okay but lost almost everything.
