I have not heard from or about any of them. I believe Darden's first name was Steve. Zane Cooley is currently living in Montana and flying for a hospital. He has done some impressive things with his flying career from teaching to various flight environments and aircraft. Those were definitely some of my fondest and favorite years of my life. I was fortunate to work with a great group of men and do things that you definitely can't do in the civilian world.
If you get the chance, search the web for Feucht and see how the airfield has changed. It is now a truck stop on the autobahn.

Well it sounds as if you and your family are staying busy and doing well! Glad to hear that even after your retirement that you are still serving your country by teaching young soldiers!

I do remember you from Germany. Are you still living overseas? What are you doing nowadays? I am currently working as a Tactical Flight Observer with the Orange County Sheriff's Office. Just celebrated 17 years of marriage and have three daughters.

      William,

I noticed you lived nearby. If we find enough of us around here maybe we can have a toast each May.
