During my MOS re-classification training to 11D at Fort Knox, M-114 where part of the vehicles that I was trained, others the M151A1 1/4 Ton, M-551A1 Sheridan, M-113A1 APC... Those M-114 where Armed with a 20mm Cannon or .50 Cal and a M60 MG and 3 LAWs on the back door. The major issue or problem was the power pack (Chevy .253 CI V8) or they needed to do was replaced with a Chry. HEMI Eng. I like the little tracks.

      Hi Mike,

!SG Collins lost part of his leg in 1982, I left C Troop after that to become the ROC Border Operations NCOIC and I left the Regiment on Dec. 1983. Dusty was with us in the HQs 2ACR as part of the Reg. S-3 Plans & Operations Shop and he was already wearing a prostetic foot. He was a tuff dude.

Hey there Mike. Haven't been on here in a while, so I just saw your message. I'll have to find some pictures from back then. Yes, I hung out with Hugh Morris. Also Jimmy Lynch, Israel Rivera, "Spacs" Spaccarotella (scout), and Sgt. Young and Sgt. Howell from the M578. Enjoyed your pics. I remember you and Finney were pretty tight. Hope all is well with you. Take care - Mike Rollins
