Rafael, I see Capt. David Clark is on your "buddy find" list. Is this him in the Stetson?
If so, he was killed a few years back in the Gulf. I have the article somewhere but can't find it. He and I e-mailed each other for a few years until his death.
Happy Birthday, Rafael!
Whoop-whoop, Charlie Troop!!
Much appreciated Rafael. The newsletter editor is on board and holding publication of the newsletter to add RCSM Trobough to the Fiddler's Green section. I sent him a photo to accompany the notice.
I my have the wrong Sgt Pabon. Did you comand C-17 in sept '82?
Good eye Rafael that is sgt Waco and the tracs are m114s at the range for target dutyas I remember none of them had more than 50 miles on them.

SGT Pabon! I remember when that name would sent fear into the hearts of commanders and ncos at camp GATES! Don't remember a lot of names, but this one I do. You and your border inspections were legendary. In fact, my first regimental inspection as a pvt in the ops room at Gates. Got moved to the SQDN ops center and wearing SGT stripes as an E-3. I know you won't remember me, but the most treasured commendation I received was from LTC Brinkley ( a job well done memo from his desk). Was from that inspection.
