Visited this site yesterday for the first time after finding a comment from 1SG Cablay during a Google search. Not sure if you remember me or not but I had 2ND Platoon C TRP for a few years before taking on D CO as their 1SG.

Thanks for the SITREP. I would like to write a book about border opeartions. More to follow about the book. I am putting some ideas together. Trying to locate my inspection book at the moment.

I will put your photo up on the C TRP page. I didn't know that it would comeout to big. Thanks for trying to get in touch with SFC Selby. I will continue to try and make contact with him. Do you remember SSG Wilson from C TRP? He came down to the SCO to work with me, and then he heades back to C TRP after being with me for about a year. If you have his whereabouts that would be great. I know his last assigment was with ROTC. I saw him at camp up at FT Lewis the summer of 02. Thanks if you can help.

Luzadder you nut. I was just going through some of my pictures and I have a couple of you. When I get some time to scann a few photos I will send them your way. I am doing well. Just waiting for the new school year to kickoff in about six weeks. Are there any other guys from the PLT on this site? Have you had any contact with SFC Selby? Last I knew he was in El Paso.

Tell us a little about your cav days.

I was a tanker who liked doing the scout stuff, and loved Reaction Force and Patrols. On a weekend, when we were in Bindlach, I would be at the Starlite or the Keller. If back on pass from Camp Gates I would go to Waldsassen and party.

Tell us a little about you now.

I retired from the WV National Guard after my return from Iraq in 2005 and have been working for the Federal Government in WV since 1999.

Name a few buddies you served with that you would like to find.
